The effectiveness and quality of Grace products is paramount to maintaining the reputation the brand has earned, which is why we emphasize the following retail standards:

1. Our products only have a guarantee on them when they are manufactured and packed from Cosmetic Manufacturers. Once they are opened and tampered with we can not take responsibility for the stability or safety of the products.
2. Contamination can easily take place in refilling from jar to sample pot.
3. You can not sample any TGA LISTED PRODUCTS, i.e. Medicated Skin Cream, sun screen etc (for obvious reasons). TGA listed products can not be opened and passed on as samples and must be sold in complete packaging.
4. Samples do not have the ingredients listed on them.
5. The professional image of our "branding" is greatly affected once you start decanting products.
6. At no time can smaller packages be retailed to the public (e.g. travel size).

Cosmetic Manufacturers have the strictest of hygiene in manufacture and filling. Every person on the filling line has no makeup, hair totally covered, mask, specially designed uniform and arm gloves so that no skin or body hair is exposed.
